On the Cover: Lung adenocarcinoma with strong immunohistochemical (IHC) staining for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). However, the overall proportion of EGFR-mutant lung adenocarcinomas that show moderate to strong staining for EGFR is only about 50%, making IHC staining a poor predictor of EGFR mutation status (see page 242).
