On the Cover: Immunohistochemistry demonstrates complete loss of Dpc4 protein expression within the neoplastic cells of an infiltrating pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. In contrast, the surrounding stromal cells are strongly positive (brown staining). Loss of Dpc4 expression is seen in ∼55% of pancreatic cancers.
